45 minutes to make
1/2 kg butternut squash (peeled seeded and cubed)
1 tbs olive oil
11/2 tsps cinnamon spice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 granny smith apples (cored and cut into cubes)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1. Preheat oven to 200C.
2. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and place on a lined sheet pan. Roast for about 45 minutes until golden.
