Will Smith to visit Egypt again in winter: Zahi Hawas

CAIRO - 3 June 2017: Hollywood movie star Will Smith will pay Egypt another tourist visit in winter, former Egyptian Minister of Antiquities and Egyptologist Zahi Hawass told Egypt Today on Friday.

During his visit to Egypt on March 5, the movie star confirmed that he would revisit Egypt this winter after the warm welcoming he received in Egypt, said Hawas who accompanied Smith and his family in March.

Hawas is scheduled to meet Smith in eru on June 10. He said that he and the U.S. actor will determine when Smith would return to Egypt soon.

In his first visit to Egypt, Smith took a tour of the Pyramids of Giza and visited the Egyptian Museum, saying “this is my first visit to Egypt, and I didn’t imagine that it has all this beauty and magnificence.”
