This was the slogan of a cooking competition held between teams of Sheraton Montazah Hotel Alexandria to educate them and raise their awareness about the importance of eating healthy and cooking using less oil and more fiber and green ingredients. Hamdy Abdel Wanis, executive chef at the hotel gave tips on how to eat properly and the role of good foods in preventing major diseases.
