In Cinemas Today: The Circle

CAIRO - 26 April 2017: Starring Tom Hanks, Emma Watson and Bill Paxton, The Circle, directed by James Ponsoldt, is out in cinemas today.

Based on the international best-seller by Dave Eggers, The Circle focuses on Mae (Emma Watson) who is encouraged by Eamon Bailey (Tom Hanks), the founder of the company where she works, to live her life with complete transparency. She soon discovers the company is linking data from its users to create online virtual identities.

This is Bill Paxton’s final film (he plays Mae’s father), having passed away last February during heart surgery. Paxton previously co-starred with Hanks in Apollo 13 and also starred and co-starred in many unforgettable films such as One False Move, Titanic, Twister and Aliens.
