Versace Spring Summer 2018 Women's Fashion Show – Official Versace Facebook Page
CAIRO – 22 December 2017: Versace has assembled the supermodels of the world and gathered the army that has led fashion through two generations of pure fierce, empowering and progressive style that has influenced culture forever.
The spring/summer 2018 tribute campaign features the original supermodels and Versace staple icons Naomi Campbell, Gisele Bündchen, Christy Turlington and daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford Kaia Gerber. With a helping hand from the new era of insta-famous supermodels Gigi Hadid, Noah Luis Brown, Vittoria Ceretti, Cara Taylor and Grace Elizabeth.
Visually satisfying, the Instagram posts were shared by Versace and shot by Steven Meisel. All of the pieces displayed in the shoot were made from some of the most recognized prints ever created by the fashion house the Barocco, Animalier and Vogue that was seen on Naomi Campbell earlier this month at the 2017 British Fashion Awards where she presented Donatella Versace with the Fashion Icon Award.
The campaign video features the Versace family quoting the ‘Migos’ 2013 hit ‘Versace’ as they repeat the main chorus’s lyrics, “Versace, Versace, Versace…” countlessly.
“This campaign represents the link between past and present. You need to know who you are, and where you are coming from, to build your future and when you are at the head of a brand with such a strong heritage as mine, you can only embrace it. This is the reason why I wanted to see this iconic supermodel cast next to the soon-to-be-iconic girls of the future,” Vogue Arabia Donatella said in an official statement.

The spring/summer tribute collection and campaign are dedicated to the founder of the fashion house Gianni Versace and a celebration for the 40th anniversary of the label.
