Paul William Walker IV was an actor and philanthropist who was internationally known for his portrayal of Brian O’Conner from the "Fast and Furious" film franchise. He tragically passed away at the age of 40 while filming the seventh installment of the saga, where his brother Cody Walker replaced him in the final scene using computer-generated imagery (CGI) technology.

The main song on the "Furious 7" soundtrack, “See you Again,” was dedicated to Walker and the song was nominated for Best Original Song at the 2015 Golden Globes.

He appeared in the National Geographic Channel series "Shark Men" (2010) as he was always interested in marine biology; in 2016, he became a board member of The Billfish Foundation.

In 2010, Walker launched the nonprofit organization Reach Out WorldWide (ROWW) after he returned from Haiti with his relief team. ROWW responds to natural disasters globally, providing skilled personnel, and healthcare, as well as the much-needed equipment when such disasters strike. In the US, ROWW has their post-disaster teams ready to help all of those in need.

ROWW operates on the philosophy that by making a difference in just one person’s life, the world has been changed for the better.
