French envoy calls on his country's nationals to visit Sharm El Sheikh

CAIRO - 15 November 2017: France's Ambassador to Cairo Stephane Roumtier has called on his country's citizens to visit Sharm El Sheikh, praising the security measures taken by the Egyptian government.

Addressing a session of the Egyptian-European Business Council on Wednesday, he said despite the decline in the number of French tourists who visited Egypt in 2011, this year witnessed a 15 percent increase compared to the past year.
