CAIRO – 3 November 2017: “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.”
Steven Paul Jobs who is better known as Steve Jobs was the co-founder of Apple Inc. and one of the lead masterminds behind the elegant creations of the tech giant, such as the the iPhone, the iPad, the iPod and the Macintosh computer. Jobs was born February 24, 1955 in San Francisco, California and he died on October 5 2011, just one day after the launch of the iPhone 4S.
Before launching their new devices at its press event in Cupertino, California, back in September, Apple announced that the event will be held in the 1,000-seat, underground Steve Jobs Theatre, at Apple’s new campus, assuring by doing so that Steve’s legacy lives on.
iPhone X is set to be released on Friday, a device which
since Jobs presented the world with the first version of it, iPhone 2G back in 2007.
Fun facts:
● In 1997, Jobs was working for Apple for one dollar a year.
● Jobs grew up under the care of adopted parents but when he became older he traced his biological parents Joanne Schieble and Abdulfattah Jandali, only to find out he had a younger sister; famous novelist Mona Simpson, according to CNN.
Another quote for the road:
“Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn't matter to me. Going to bed at night saying we've done something wonderful, that's what matters to me.”
