Madaar Development is showcasing it first high-end residential resort development Azha - Ain Sokhna at Cityscape, the country's largest property event held at Cairo International Convention Centre from April 7-10.

Madaar Development signed a consultancy service agreement with Mixity to utilize the international expertise and design styles provided by Mixity to design Azha. Madaar Development has also signed an agreement with GnK Hospitality to manage and implement a beach restaurant and bar located in Azha. The beach restaurant and bar concept offers a year-long beach experience. The restaurant’s menu features an array of gourmet dishes, exquisite beach snacks and fresh cocktails. On special occasions, the place is transformed into an events platform hosting wedding receptions, as well as special parties.
