CAIRO – 13 October 2017: Weekly flights from Denmark to Sharm el-Sheikh and from Italy to Marsa Alam will be available starting from November, according to a statement by Air Cairo.
The airliner will make the regular trip from Billund to Sharm el-Sheikh and from Milan to Marsa Alam. Both Red Sea resorts are famous for crystal clear water and rich marine life, on top of being warmer destinations in the winter.
Air Cairo flew 250,000 tourists from January to September this year in 200 flights to Sharm el-Sheikh, Hurghada and Marsa Alam airports in the framework of a strategy with the Civil Aviation Ministry and the International Air Transport Association, said Yasser el-Ramly, head of the company, in a Thursday statement.
