British tourist nights in Egypt up 63 percent, envoy

CAIRO - 27 September 2017: British Ambassador to Egypt John Casson said on Wednesday that the British tourist nights in Egypt jumped 63 percent this year.

On his twitter account, the ambassador said the increase makes British tourist nights number two among European tourists who arrive to Egypt.

They arrive in the country on board 40 direct flights every week, he said, adding he is working to increase this number.
