Knowles was born on September 4, 1981. She started singing at an early age, she competed in local talent shows and won them by impressing the audience with her vocals and dancing abilities. Knowles teamed up with her cousin, Kelly Rowland, and two of her classmates and formed, the girl's group Tyme, but it got changed to Destiny's Child in 1993. Destiny’s Child released their first album in 1997. The groups first major hit became in 1993 with a song called ‘No, No, No’.
Destiny's Child broke up in 2005 and Beyonce completed her solo career by releasing an album in 2006, ‘B’Day’.
According to People website, her debut album, ‘Dangerously in Love’ was the one which successfully cemented her reputation as a solo artist.
