Ingredients
1 kilo shrimps
¼ kilo raw Kunafa slices
½ cup flour
½ cup water
1tbsp Goody vinegar
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp Soya Sauce
1tsp fish spices
1tsp salt
1bottle Goody Thousand Island Dressing
Wood sticks
Abundant Frying oil
How to prepareStep one: Mix the ingredients of the seasoning in a bowl then put the shrimps on the mixture.
Step two: Leave for an hour- Cut the Kunafa slices according to the number of shrimps
Step three: Melt the flour with water
Step four: Put a stick in each shrimp, then wrap it with the Kunafa slices until the shrimp is covered
Step Five: Wet the edges of the Kunafa with the flour, and then fry with hot oil. Serve in a plate with the Thousand Island dressing.
