CAIRO – 15 August 2017: Egyptian Traveler Ibrahim el-Nagdy went on a motorcycle trip on a distance of 4,000 km for 15 days to Himalaya in India. New Delhi was the starting point and destination as he passed through 23 mountain passes.

The distance between Himalaya and New Delhi is 656 km.

Nagdy told the press that he had navigated across Khandug La, Tanglang La , and Sach Pass passes, whose elevations are 5,610 meters, 5,328 meters, and 4,420 meters respectively.

Khandug La is among the most dangerous passes in India because of its height.

Nagdy is the first Egyptian to navigate through all these passes at once on a motorcycle. He did the trip alone, and fixed Egypt’s flag at the front of the vehicle.
