You don't need to be an expert to cook delicious food, so here are some beginner-friendly pasta recipes to try out.
1. Italian Pasta Salad
In this recipe, bowl 450g pasta, drain, and then let cool. Mix with mozzarella balls, 450g chopped sausage or salami, cherry tomatoes, black olives, minced parsley, and red onion slices. For the italian dressing, blend a small cup of olive oil, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sea salt, 2 tsp sugar, dried thyme and basil, 1 minced garlic clove, and black pepper to taste until smooth and bon appetit!
2. Garlic Parmesan Pasta
This pasta is super easy and delicious, especially if you pair it with grilled chicken breasts. Start by heating olive oil or butter in a non-stick pan, saute minced garlic for one to two minutes, then add heavy cream and stir. After it simmers, add grated parmesan, salt, pepper and your cooked pasta and stir all together. Finish it off with parsley and chili flakes for garnish.
3. Creamy Tomato Spinach Pasta
This recipe is for all spinach lovers. Start by cooking your favorite pasta and set it aside. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the crushed tomatoes and let it simmer for a few minutes before stirring in the heavy cream, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if you like a little kick). Toss in the chopped spinach and cook until it softens. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in your cooked pasta. Finish it off with some grated parmesan for a creamy, cheesy texture.
