SouthMED, the latest project of Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) on the northwest coast of Egypt, possesses all the elements necessary to become a new global destination in the southern Mediterranean.
The crown jewel of SouthMED is undoubtedly the "MED Marina" district. Here, visionary architects have masterfully woven together global modernity with the rich heritage of the Mediterranean, drawing inspiration from the area's captivating natural beauty. Buildings rise in a harmonious cascade, creating an unprecedented blend of residences, hotels, and recreational facilities – all boasting breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea. This unique design echoes the iconic tiered architecture found in renowned global destinations like Santorini and Amalfi, positioning SouthMED as a powerful contender on the world stage.
MED Marina area combines opulent residences, world-class hotels, upscale restaurants, a 2.5-km long promenade, the joy of shopping from the most renowned brands, and all modern facilities and services for yacht enthusiasts.
SouthMED project is the culmination of the most prominent global expertise in planning, design, and development, to launch a one-of-a-kind tourism destination in Egypt competing on the world stage with the most renowned destinations.
MED Marina offers luxurious apartments and exquisite penthouses with areas ranging from 70 to 200 square meters, each boasting mesmerizing vistas of the Mediterranean Sea. For ultimate privacy, these residences are complemented by a dedicated stretch of pristine beach.
Talaat Moustafa Group launched SouthMED project in the northwest coast of Egypt near El Alamein Airport earlier this month on an area of 23 million square meters. It includes over 60,000 residential, commercial, service, and entertainment units. The project also includes shopping centers and recreational areas that will house the most famous global brands. SouthMED boasts upscale hotels with 2,000 luxurious rooms and an 18-hole golf course overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
