1. Watermelon sorbet

Start by blending watermelon pieces until they are smooth then add a touch of lemon juice and a pinch of salt, you can sweeten the mixture with either syrup or honey, then pour the mixture into a shallow container and place it in the freezer. Every 30 minutes, stir the mixture with a fork to break up ice crystals until it reaches a sorbet-like consistency.

4. Coconut mango popsicles

For this recipe, you will need diced mango, half a cup of coconut milk, honey or any sweetener of your choice, and shredded coconut. In a blender, mix diced mango, coconut milk, your choice of sweetener and then blend until smooth. After that, start adding the shredded coconut to the mix, and pour the mixture into popsicle molds, then wait until the popsicles are completely frozen and voila!
