In partnership with The National Council for Women, Private by Sanita launched its yearly initiative, “Enty Adahaانتى قدها ", in order to promote women empowerment and social inclusion. In line with The National Council for Women’s scheme, to increase women’s representation in the workforce, Private will be training 100 women with the necessary skills they need to enter the business field and contribute to the betterment of the Egyptian community.
During the launch ceremony Private by Sanita stated, “Our main goal is empowering women, and supporting them so that they can secure themselves the quality of life they desire and deserve. So, in celebration of International Women's Day, we decided to launch this initiative. We seek to support women in a real and tangible way, because we firmly believe in the importance of their role in the growth and advancement of societies”.
In addition to providing the necessary training, the initiative will also try to help participants find a job as to enable them economically and kickstart their careers.
This Initiative is the first step that Private by Sanita will be taking to empower Egyptian women aligning with the Egyptian National 2030 strategy and sustainable development goals.
