In collaboration with the Portuguese embassy, and as one of its several corporate social responsibility programs, GLC paints launched the Arabic version of ColorAdd, the alphabet for color vision deficiency (color blindness).
Color Add helps those with color vision deficiency – which is a condition that affects 8% of males worldwide – identify color and get along with their daily lives.
The launch took place in Villa magenta, the astounding venue of the Cairo Design Week in Heliopolis. The launch event was attended by several dignitaries and Ambassadors headed by H.E. Manuela Franco the Portuguese Ambassador to Egypt.
Maison Pyramide, and Mai Galal, celebrity stylist, hosted the event with GLC paints and made sure that Fashion and Design came together in the service of society.
