A team of Chefs lead by Executive Chef Erwan Laurenceau prepare for an extensive array of Ramadan offerings, Chef Laurenceau who is deeply connected with Egyptian culture has lived for over ten years in Cairo and is well acquainted with local traditions “Egypt is one of the best places to experience Ramadan, while the city is quiet and reserved during the day, it awakens and re-energizes after the sun sets”. “This year I am proud to introduce a more varied Ramadan menu, which includes such as Chicken Briyani Lamb Murgh Makhani Thai shrimp noodles, Greek inspired salads and appetizers and even - Pizza and Risotto will be featured in this year’s Ramadan buffets. “Our varied offerings will be unlike any other in the city” adds Chef Laurenceau.
