31st Youth Salon to be held in Palace of Arts on March 23

CAIRO – 14 March 2021: The Fine Arts Sector announced the opening date of the 31st Youth Salon, which is scheduled to take place on March 23, at the Palace of Arts in the Opera House at 6 p.m.

It is noteworthy that the Fine Arts Sector announced the conditions for the Youth Salon competition, where the age of the participant should not exceed 23 years old on the day of the salon's opening. The participant has the right to submit 2 poster designs that are newly implemented for the Youth Salon.

The designs should be submitted on a CD, and an A3 printed color copy. The design must include the following: The title of the current session and the logo of the Youth Salon as an essential element in the design, in addition to the slogans of each of the Plastic Arts Sector and the Central Administration of Art Centers.

The artist is not entitled to submit a design that has been used before, or has been displayed, whether on social media or other media platforms, or used as an advertisement or quote from any other posters. 

In the event of violation, the organizing committee is entitled to withdraw the award if obtained and to deprive the artist from participating in the Youth Salon for two consecutive sessions. Artists bear legal responsibility for the property rights for any quotation or transfer.
