CAIRO – 3 March 2021: The National Center for Translation celebrates the International Women's Day on March 8 at 12 p.m., in Taha Hussein Hall of Egypt’s Opera House.
The celebration of the International Women's Day includes a number of activities that begin with a speech for Director of the National Center for Translation Karma Sami, entitled "Girls of Suhair".
In addition, the ceremony also includes a review of the latest works of women issued by the center.
Also, the ceremony also includes a video screening entitled "Honor Roll Review", among other activities.
It is worth noting that the International Women's Day falls on March 8 of every year. It is an occasion to celebrate the progress made in achieving gender equality and women's empowerment, think critically about those accomplishments and the pursuit of greater momentum towards gender equality around the world. It is also an important occasion to highlight the amazing work done by women in all fields.
