Inas Abdel Dayem appoints Haitham Ali as Head of Cairo Newspaper

CAIRO – 11 February 2021: Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem appointed Haitham el-Hag Ali, head of the General Egyptian Book Authority, to chair the board of directors of the Cairo Newspaper.

It is worth noting that the Cairo Newspaper is a cultural newspaper issued weekly by the Egyptian Ministry of Culture.

The Cairo Newspaper is distinguished by handling many cultural topics, and shedding light on the books that are published, by the sectors of the Ministry of Culture or the various publishing houses it deals with.

Also, Abdel Dayem appointed playwright Mohamed Abdel-Hafez Nasif as head of the central administration of the National Center for Child Culture of the Supreme Council for Culture for the third year in a row.
