‘Fadfada Min Dahab’ exhibition concludes on Feb. 1

CAIRO – 1 February 2021: On February 1, the Salah Taher Hall in the Egyptian Opera House will host the closing of the exhibition "Fadfada Min Dahab" by cartoonist Saeed Badawi. Badawi dedicated it to late Salah Jaheen.

Badawi, through this exhibition, merged plastic art with caricature, presenting 150 paintings between caricatures and drawings for children and some works that were published in many newspapers, including Al-Ahram and Akhbar el-Adab.

Artist Saeed Badawi holds a BA in Applied Arts, a Leonardo Da Vinci Diploma and a Diploma in Handwriting Improvement and Qur’an Gilding. He has held the position of Director of Artistic Supplies at Al-Ahram Newspaper and participated in several local and international exhibitions, winning many awards.
