CAIRO – 28 January 2021: Recently, a number of bloggers from different countries of the world visited Egypt.
The bloggers who visited Egypt enjoy tremendous popularity in their countries, as each of them is followed by at least half a million social media users. This directly promotes Egyptian tourism once any of the bloggers post a photo of their visit to Egypt on their official Instagram account.
Among the visitors were Czech bloggers. During their first tours of the most important tourist and archaeological destinations in Egypt, they visited the Giza pyramids and the Saqqara antiquities area, where they toured the Pyramid of Djoser, the Serapeum, and some ancient tombs in the region.
They also visited Khan al-Khalili, as part of the tourism program set for them in light of the plan of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities represented by the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion to organize a number of introductory visits for influencers and bloggers from all over the world to promote Egyptian tourist destinations.
During their visit, the bloggers took many memorial photos of them in Egypt’s amazing tourist destinations, while adhering to the precautionary measures and health safety controls established for visiting archaeological sites and museums in Egypt.

Furthermore, a group of bloggers from Ukraine visited Egypt. Over the course of two days, these bloggers visited Luxor as part of a day trip, after the end of their visit to Hurghada. During this visit, they toured the temples of Karnak, the Rams Road [Al-Kebbash Road] and Deir al-Bahari temple on the western mainland. This is in addition to a Nile cruise, during which they enjoyed the warm sunny weather and the picturesque nature of this charming city.
Also, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has welcomed two of the UK's most important bloggers. Visits were organized over the past two days for these two bloggers to the Giza pyramids area, and the ancient Saqqara area, in addition to visiting a number of historical Cairo landmarks, including the Citadel of Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi, the Mosque of Mohammad Ali in the Citadel and the Mosque of Ahmed Ibn Tulun.
The bloggers have expressed their great astonishment at the ancient Egyptian civilization and the ancient Egyptians' miraculous ability to build the pyramid and sculpt the Great Sphinx. They also expressed their admiration of the excellence of Islamic architecture.
