CAIRO – 27 January 2021: In their first tour for the most significant touristic and archaeological destinations in Egypt, the Czech bloggers visited the Giza pyramids and the Saqqara area, where they took a stroll inside the pyramid of Djoser, and the Serapeum, and some ancient tombs in the area, including the cemeteries of Kagmani and Meraruca.
They also visited Khan Al-
Khalili, as part of the touristic program set for them by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities represented by the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion, to organize a number of introductory tours for influencers and bloggers from countries around the world to promote Egyptian touristic destinations.
During their visit, the bloggers were keen to take many memorial photos, while adhering to the precautionary measures set for archaeological sites and museums in Egypt, then posting them on their social media platforms, which have more than half a million followers worldwide.
Bloggers documenting their moments inside Egypt’s touristic destinations is an essential part in promoting Egyptian tourism through various social media platforms, especially as they have become more widespread in the world and more interacting with the public.
It is worth noting that during the past two weeks, a group of bloggers from the United Kingdom and Ukraine visited Egypt, upon the invitation of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities represented by the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion.
