‘Fadfada Men Dahab’ art exhibition to be launched on Jan. 26

CAIRO – 26 January 2021: President of the Egyptian Opera House Magdy Saber will launch an exhibition entitled “Fadfada Men Dahab” on January 26 at 6 p.m. in Salah Taher Hall. The exhibition focuses on merging plastic art with caricature.

Artist Saeed Badawy dedicates the exhibition to the late artist Salah Jaheen.

The exhibition includes 150 paintings, including cartoons and drawings for children, and some works that have been published in many newspapers, including Al-Ahram and Akhbar Al-Adab.

Artist Saeed Badawi holds a BA in Applied Arts, a Leonardo Da Vinci Diploma and a Diploma in Handwriting Improvement and Qur’an Gilding. He has held the position of Director of Artistic Supplies at Al-Ahram Newspaper and participated in several local and international exhibitions, winning many awards.

The exhibition runs until February 1.
