CAIRO - 23 January 2021:Google Arts and Culture created an online project titled Preserving Egypt’s Layered History in an attempt to spread knowledge about Egyptian history among its users.

 

This new app on can be installed on users phones whether iPhone or Android.

The users will be able to browse through material and even reality content.

Egypt has an extremely rich heritage,such as ancient Egyptian, Islamic and Coptic legacies civilizations.

Such effort is executed in collaboration with the American Research Centre in Egypt and will also highlight the history of ARCE’s restoration efforts.⁣

The project will be accessible to everyone and made available in Arabic and English.⁣
⁣
It is worth noting that the Google Arts and Culture application acts as a gateway to knowledge resources of over 2000 cultural institutions around the world.
