“Leading Life” webinar to be broadcast online on Jan. 17

CAIRO – 17 January 2021: The Library Sector at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is organizing an interactive online lecture (webinar) entitled "Leading Life" by Psychiatrist Asim Wasfi on January 17 at 2 p.m. on the Facebook page: Bibliotheca Alexandrina - Information Services.

The lecture discusses the features needed to lead a better life under changing circumstances, and sheds light on the importance of emotional intelligence in dealing with life pressures as well as skills necessary for maintaining a stable mental health and healthy relationships.

This lecture comes in light of the BA's interest in developing its digital content and enhancing distance learning.
