Egypt’s star Amina Khalil to play leading role in upcoming Ramadan series ‘ Khaly Balak Men Zizi’

CAIRO - 8 January 2020: Egyptian star Amina Khalil will play the leading role in”Khaly Balak Men Zizi” ( Take Care of Zizi) series.

 

The series is scheduled to be released in Ramadan 2021.

 

Beside Khalil the series stars Mohamed Mamdou, Aly Kassem, Salwa Mohamed Aly, Safaa el Toukhy among others.

 

”Khaly Balak men Zizi” is written by Sard workshop which is supervised by Egyptian scriptwriter Mariam Naoum, the script and dialogue is written by Mona el Shimy and Magdy Amin and directed by Karim el Shenawy.

 

Khalil’s latest series was “Leh La’aa” (Why Not) which achieved huge success.

 

Her latest movie was “Hazr Tagwol” ( Curfew) which was premiered at the 42nd edition of Cairo International Film Festival.

 

The film takes place late autumn 2013 during the curfew in Egypt, “Faten” who gets out of prison after 20 years to find her daughter “Leila” unable to overcome the past and abandons her.

 
The only thing on her mind is that her mother murdered her father.
 
On the other hand, ‘Faten” refuses to reveal the main reason of the murder, leaving her daughter believing all the rumors said by the neighbors, that she cheated on her husband with ‘Yehia”.
 
‘Yehia’ never tried to defend himself because of the promise he made to “Faten”.
 
This situation puts “Leila”, Faten’s daughter in conflict between rejecting her own mother and gradually missing her.
 
 
“Curfew” is written by and directed by Amir Ramses.
