Egypt’s Sector of Fine Arts suspends all activities until further notice

CAIRO – 6 January 2020:  Egypt’s Sector of Fine Arts announced the suspension of all artistic and cultural activities and events that it organizes until further notice.,

This decision came in implementation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Decision No. 2701 of 2020 regarding the state’s efforts to preserve the health of citizens, and to prevent any possible repercussions of COVID-19.

It is worth noting that the Sector of Fine Arts decided to suspend all artistic activities at the Palace of Arts, as well as postpone the opening of the 31st Youth Salon until a decision is made to resume activities again.
