CAIRO – 9 November 2020: The Khan el-Maghrabi Hall for Plastic Arts will launch Tuesday the series of its 25th anniversary celebrations, through a group exhibition hosted by the Mahmoud Mukhtar Museum in Gezira, in a gesture of cooperation with the Plastic Arts Sector of the Ministry of Culture headed by the artist Khaled Sorour.
The exhibition includes more than 130 artworks (painting - sculpture - ceramics) and the opening ceremony will be attended by a number of artists, in addition to playing the saxophone by Ali Ashour.
In its second week, the exhibition will host a concert for Emad Hamdy and his band at 7 p.m. on November 17.
The exhibition runs until November 23, and includes works for 43 artists from different generations that reflect the path of "Khan el-Maghribi" in support of the Egyptian modern and contemporary art movement.
