CAIRO – 15 October 2020: The General Authority for Culture Palaces continues the educational tours of the “People of Egypt project [Cultural Integration] for the children of the Red Sea governorates Halayeb, Shalateen, Aboramad and Cairo.
Among the tours of the “People of Egypt project”, children visited the Mahmoud Mukhtar Museum, during which they listened to an explanation of his life, his artwork, the museum’s holdings and its halls.
From inside the halls of the museum, the children saw various sculptures and ceramic works.
Also, the children inspected the halls of the museum, including the bronze hall, which includes statues of rural women and the field machines.
After the end of their tour of Mahmoud Mukhtar Museum, the children went to the Stock Exchange Museum, which is one of the oldest stock exchanges in the Middle East, so that the children would get acquainted during their tour with the concept of that term, according to what the museum guide explained that it represents a company to which a group of individuals belong, each of whom contributes a number of shares in a commercial operation and applying the win-lose rule on all the participants.
