'Individuals with Special Needs & the Challenges of the Age' symposium to be held in Greater Cairo Library on Oct. 14

CAIRO – 14 October 2020: The Greater Cairo Library, affiliated to the Cultural Production Affairs Sector, will hold a symposium entitled "Individuals with Special Needs & the Challenges of the Age” on October 14 at 6 p.m.

The symposium will be moderated by Yasser Othman, director general of the Greater Cairo Library.

On the occasion of the anniversary of the October 1973 victory, Nadia Amin, Ashraf Fawzi and Hamdy Labib will give a speech. A film entitled "The Spirit of October" that revolves around the great epic of the passage will be screened. Writer Taghreed Fayyad will shed light on the importance of celebrating the glorious anniversary of the October victory.

Also, Walaa Sherif Wasfi, professor of political marketing at the American University, will speak about her personal experience in dealing with individuals with special needs, providing them with job opportunities, and the technological training made available for them through the presidential program.
