CAIRO – 13 October 2020: The Egyptian Opera House will hold two concerts presenting a select of excerpts and romantic duets that were included in the most famous international operas.
Held at the Cairo Opera House's Grand Theater, the concerts will be performed by the Cairo Opera Troupe under the supervision of their artistic director Iman Mostafa, accompanied by the Cairo Opera Orchestra led by international maestro Nader Abbasi, on October 15-16 at 8 p.m.
It is noteworthy that the Cairo Opera Troupe was officially formed in 1964 and presented many of the most famous international operas. Its repertoire includes more than 32 popular opera novels.
Its members also participated in huge shows on the world's largest theaters and succeeded in forming a fan base of opera enthusiasts.
