Austrian Linguistic Institute celebrate 1st year of cultural exchange program with Egypt - Press photo
CAIRO – 29 September 2020: The LernQuader Nachhilfe Kairo (Austrian Linguistic Institute) held a celebration on Friday marking the completion of the first year in a program that shares Austrian culture with Egyptians.
The celebration was attended by a number of students, and media outlets, in addition to Georg Oberreiter, the Head of the Austrian Cultural Forum at the Austrian Embassy in Cairo, and Dr. Hameed Ezalarab, the Owner of Austrian Cultural / Language Institution also affiliated with the Austrian Embassy in Cairo.
The festive activities take places inside the institute, with a weekly cultural program for learners of the German language, and those interested in learning the Austrian culture.
The celebration begins with a symposium for critical poetry in Deutsche, then cultural workshops for sharing different cultures between both countries.
The celebration adhered to the precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, where all attendees were obliged to wear masks and abided by social distancing.
The institute is a linguistic and cultural institute for the teaching of the German language, and the exchange of cultures between Austria and Egypt.
