National Arabic Music Ensemble to perform in Cairo Opera on Sept. 17

CAIRO – 15 September 2020: The National Arabic Music Ensemble, led by Maestro Hazem el-Qassabji, is set to perform in Cairo Opera's Fountain Theater on September 17 at 8 p.m.

The ensemble will present a selection of songs from Egypt’s Golden Era.

It is noteworthy that the National Arabic Music Ensemble was established in 1989 with the aim of collecting Arab musical and lyrical heritage, re-presenting it in an advanced academic and scientific manner, and acquainting the newer generations with the Arab music heritage.
