CAIRO - 5 September 2020: Famed Lebanese star Nicolas Mouawad, Egyptian star Khaled Selim and famed Syrian actor Qais Sheikh Naguib will present season three from “ Adet Regalala” program online.
On the other hand, last July Mouawad has shared with his social media fans an official trailer of the American movie 'His Only Son', in which he portrays the protagonist Prophet Abraham.

Mouawad was chosen in April last year after selecting from 1,700 candidates of numerous nationalities for the role.
He previously added that he is beyond thankful to God for always blessing him way more than he deserves not only for giving him this one of a kind career opportunity, but as well for giving him the blessing of playing one of god’s best men in history who is Prophet Abraham, in a movie that talks about one of Abraham’s hardest struggles.
The famed Lebanese actor was chosen by American director David Helling to play the role of Prophet Abraham.
Mouawad thanked the director David Helling for choosing him to play this way beyond words character, and for producers Roman Medjanov and Mike Kaney for taking the “hustle” of flying a Lebanese actor to shoot in the US with all the endless required paper work.
In 'His Only Son', Mouawad stars alongside Sara Seyed, Ottavio Taddei and Nicolai Perez. The film is written and directed by David Helling.
The film was scheduled for release this year and set to be screened in numerous international festivals.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, shutdown of numerous cultural venues and festival postponements, the production company refrained from providing any specific dates.
Nicolas previously starred in some of the most-watched and critically-acclaimed drama series in Egypt, Lebanon and the UAE, including 'Hagar Gohanam' (Black Widows, 2017), 'Wannous' (2016), and 'El Awda' (The Return,2020).
In addition to his artistic activity, Nicholas plays an artluistic role in Egypt, where he supports the people living with HIV as UNAIDS Egypt as the Champion for the International Commemoration of World AIDS Day, which is a global campaign. He is constantly stressing on the need for a preventive medical examination to detect the disease in its early stages. He also usually publishes on his official social media accounts publications denouncing violence against women in the Arab world.
On December 2019, UNAIDS MENA applauds the HIV women’s rights champion Nicolas Mouawad for his strong activism fighting against HIV and gender based violence.
This came in honor of World AIDS Day. Mouawad achieved a booming success recently performing Taymour character in the successful series ‘’Bela Daleel’’ ( Without Evidence)
His repertoire includes many successful TV roles such as Tarek’s role in ‘’Sabea Gar’’ (Seventh Neighbor), Mourad in ‘’Heba Regl El-Ghorab’’, Farouk in ‘’Wanoos’’ and Nadeem in ‘’Teleat Rouhy ‘’.
He won me the best lead actor award at the London International Film Festival in 2013 on performing Omar role in the independent feature movie ‘’Takaseem El-Hob’’.
He was a jury member at the Alexandria Short Film Festival in 2019.
Mouawad is an outspoken Arab actor who is concerned about many life issues, a young man with stances that he is never shy to express.
