CAIRO – 30 August 2020: Many different cultural events will be held at various creative centers in Egypt on August 30, where a variety of distinguished works of Arab music will be presented, and the screening of the film “Cache” will take place.
The National Ensemble of Arab Music, led by Maestro Mostafa Helmy, will present a variety of distinguished works of Arab singing at the Fountain Theater in Cairo’s Opera.
Additionally, the film "Cache" will be screened in Darb 1718 Contemporary Art and Culture Center at 9:30 p.m. The film revolves around a famous TV presenter named George, who lives with his wife Anne and their teenage son in an elegant house in Paris, where they are having luxurious dinner parties, but suddenly they are overwhelmed by anxiety and tension.
The French couple is terrorized by receiving a series of anonymous tapes that contain video clips of them, indicating that they are being watched. The footage deals with their personal lives in a deeper way, indicating that the mysterious stalker knows a hidden secret in George's past life. The family is terrified, but the police refuse to help.
