The decision asserted that these artifacts would be under the direct supervision and full control of the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities from the date of preparing the exhibition in Egypt until their safe return to their places in Egypt.
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities shall take all necessary executive measures to transfer the antiquities and return them safely to Egypt.
The Official Gazette also published the prime minister’s decision to consider the construction of the high pressure towers feeding the industrial zone in West Juhayna in Sohag as a public benefit project. This is in addition to establishing a project to add the land necessary for setting a drinking water reservoir for public benefit in Shebin El-Qanater's Kafr Tahourba in Qalyubia.
