CAIRO – 13 August 2020: The Cultural Development Fund sector will resume the performances of the traditional Tanoura Troupe - affiliated with the General Authority for Cultural Palaces - and the Nile Troupe for Folk Instruments - affiliated with the Artistic House for Folk and Performing Arts, starting on August 15.
The performances will be held while implementing all precautionary measures to battle COVID-19.
The traditional Tanoura band Toupe start its shows at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays of every week at Al-Ghoury Dome.
The Nile Troupe for Folk Instruments also resumes its concerts at Beit Al-Suhaimi at 7:30 pm on Sunday every week.
