CAIRO – 5 August 2020: Engineer Mohamed Abu Saada, chairman of the National Authority for Civilization Coordination, said in press statements on Tuesday that the authority has developed a training plan and a lecture program to prepare and qualify engineers in cooperation with Qaliubya Governorate. This is set to take place at the governorate's headquarters.

This comes in pursuit of the strategic goals of the Ministry of Culture, within the framework of the state’s plan to raise the efficiency of government performance for the Egyptian government's 2030 work program strategy.

The first lecture included explaining the mission of the National Authority for Civilizational Coordination, its objectives and its role in preserving architectural heritage through documentation, to raise the efficiency of public spaces through the initiatives adopted by the authority.

The second lecture also dealt with the definition of laws and legislations pertaining to the authority and how localities deal with Law #119 of 2008 and Law #144 of 2006. This is in addition to reviewing ways to implement these laws in different regions, and shedding light on some projects for public spaces and fields.
