Egypt, New Zealand to cooperate in exchanging digital culture material

CAIRO – 29 July 2020: The Egyptian Ambassador to New Zealand Dina al-Sayyhi discussed with Winston Roberts, adviser on External Relations at New Zealand’s National Library, ways to enhance cooperation between New Zealand’s National Library and both the Egyptian National Library & Archives and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated Wednesday that it was agreed during the meeting that the two countries exchange digital cultural materials and arrange meetings via video conference to transfer and exchange experiences in dealing with archaeological manuscripts and digital archiving of books and historical documents.
