CAIRO - 19 April 2020: Emirati star Hussain al-Jassmi expressed his great happiness for participating in the international concert "One World Together at Home".
A large number of stars from around the world participated in the concert, to support those affected by the novel Coronavirus.
Jassmi posted his photo on Instagram during the live broadcast of the concert from his home, commenting, “Another step towards success with over 700,000 fans ... The ambition is still big.”
“The pinnacle of happiness and pride is that I represented the Emirates, the Gulf countries and the beloved Arab nation in front of the world in this unified broadcast from home ... And for the sake of humanity and our future ... Together, we spread joy and hope ... Thank God,” commented Jassmi in another post.

The Emirati star Hussain al-Jassmi's song, "Metehdeen", achieved 100,000 views only in the first week of its release on social media platforms. The song was made within the national campaign to combat the novel coronavirus, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Community Protection in the United Arab Emirates.

The World Health Organization (WHO) launched, in a live broadcast on its official Facebook page, a concert entitled "One World: Together at Home" featuring some of the biggest stars in the world, to collect donations for the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
Organized by the World Health Organization and the Global Advocacy Organization Global Citizen, this virtual concert brought together people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, to take beneficial measures to protect their health and support the global response to the novel coronavirus. It also celebrated and supported the brave healthcare workers who are doing life-saving work on the front lines.
World-famous star Lady Gaga, sponsored the multi-hour historical event, in which more than 70 artists participated, raising $127.9 million (469.7 million dirhams) to help with the life-saving efforts to fight COVID-19.
