CAIRO - 12 February 2020: The family of the deceased alleged robber of Nancy Agram’s villa Mohamed al-Mousa submitted a request to the Public Prosecution in Mount Lebanon for his autopsy.

The family of the deceased also requested the extraction of the bullets from his body, hoping the autopsy would clarify the doubts they have about the incident.

Sources familiar with the case told Lebanese media that the autopsy process ends this week, and that the body of the deceased will be handed over to his family to be buried in his hometown in Syria.

The family of Mohamed al-Mousa requested an autopsy to expose the truth, as they see that the report of the pathologist that was developed shortly after the incident lacked the evidence that any official report should contain, especially in terms of determining the distances between the killer and the dead, and the type of bullets fired.

The family also saw that the villa's surveillance videos did not show a legitimate self-defense situation, because self-defense in the legal sense is the only means remaining for the targeted person to save their life in a life-threatening situation. This is not what Mousa’s family witnessed while reviewing the surveillance videos.

Syrian lawyer Rehab Bitar, a volunteer in the defense team for the family of the deceased, revealed a few days ago that the dead body had not yet been buried, and is still in the hospital’s refrigerator in Beirut.

Lebanese newspapers denied the news that had circulated recently, exposing that Mousa searched online for the precise locations of the residences of Nancy Ajram, Haifa Wehbe and Najwa Karam.

The sources indicated that those who launched the news are individuals who tried to highlight that the dead man tried to rob houses of celebrities and that he intended to rob the residences of Haifa Wehbe and Najwa Karam just like he allegedly attempted to rob Ajram’s.

The sources confirmed that the deceased man called Hachems’ (Ajram’s Husband) clinic numerous times, but it has not been confirmed yet whether it was Hachem who replied to the calls or the clinic's staff. Details of those calls have not yet been revealed.
