Abou Najem explains truth behind Ajram’s circulating photo

CAIRO - 9 January 2020: Lebanese journalist Elie Abou Najem explained the truth of the circulating photo of Nancy Ajram and her husband Fadi el-Hachem, which some claimed was taken with the deceased robber, noting that there is a prior relationship with the man.

Abou Najem clarified that the man appearing in the picture with Ajram and her husband is actually himself, commenting on his Twitter account: “Some people are circulating this picture and claiming that it shows Ajram and her husband with the deceased man who attempted to rob their villa. The truth is the man appearing in the picture is me, as I am the media official in the office of Nancy Ajram and a friend of the family.

In turn, Ajram confirmed his words by reposting the tweet on her official social media accounts.

“Thanks God for saving me and my family from this catastrophe that took place at my residence. I hope that no one would ever have to go through this misery,” said Ajram.

In an interview with the Lebanese star on OTV channel, she said: “My husband’s reaction to the killer was after intense threatening that took place for almost 6 to 7 minutes. The man was threatening my husband asking for the place of his wife and children. To all those who criticized my husband, what would you do if you were in Fadi’s shoes?”
