“Otl Fani” to stage in KSA on Jan. 8

CAIRO - 1 January 2020: The play “Otl Fani” will be staged in Saudi Arabia from the period of Jan. 8-12.

“We are ready for the play “Otl Fani” from Jan. 8 to 12 in KSA. We will be waiting for you on Bakr al-Shdi stage!” said Akram Hosny on Twitter.

The play comes as Akram Hosni, Hisham Maged and Sheiko's first experience on stage, after presenting a number of comedy films and shows during the past years. Akram Hosni had previously agreed with director Magdy el-Hawary to present a play called "The Obscene City" written by Hatem Hussein; however, the deal was broken for some reason.

In a similar context, Hosni is working on a new movie entitled "El Ameel Sefr" with director Mohamed Sami. The rising comedian is also taking part in the screenplay “Timon and Bomba” written by Ayman Watar, directed by Ahmed el-Gendy and produced by Synergy. It will be broadcast in Ramadan 2020.

Also, Hisham Maged and Sheiko are preparing for their upcoming series entitled “Al Le’ba” set to be broadcast during Ramadan 2020.

The series is co-starring Ahmed Fathi, Mohamed Tharwat, Mai Kassab, Duaa Ragab, Mirna Gameel, Sami Maghawry and Arefah Abdel-Rasoul and is directed by Moataz al-Tuni.
