Cairo Opera Ensemble celebrates Christmas with 4 concerts

CAIRO - 24 December 2019: Under the supervision of its artistic director Iman Mostafa, Cairo Opera Ensemble continues its Christmas and New Year's celebrations.

The Opera Ensemble will present 4 performances, to be held on Dec. 25, and Dec. 26 at the Arab Music Institute, directed by Hazem Tayel.

Two more concerts directed by Sherif Ramadan will be held on Dec. 29 and Dec. 30 at the Small Theater.

The concert’s program includes a collection of the most famous Christmas and New Year songs, including “Lela Sameta”, “Ya Laha Men Lela Moqadasa”, “El Christmas El Abyad”, and “Mary Hal Ta’lamin?”.

The songs will be performed by Iman Mustafa, Tahia Shams el-Din, Mona Rafla, Reda el-Wakeel, Mostafa Mohamed, Abdel Wahab el-Sayed, Emad Adel, Jolly Fethy, Walid Karim, Dalia Farouk, Jihan Fayed, Jacqueline Rafiq, Amr Medhat, Ezzat Ghanem, Ibrahim Nagy, Laila Ibrahim, Norsta el-Marghani, Osama Ali, Osama Gamal, Anja Mohsen, Hisham el-Gendi, Elhami Amin, Tamer Tawfiq and Burhanuddin Farooq.
