Ashraf Zaki heads Egyptian delegation travelling to Belarus

CAIRO - 29 October 2019: Head of the Theatrical Professions Syndicate and President of the Academy of Arts Ashraf Zaki headed the Egyptian delegation traveling to Belarus to celebrate the days of the Egyptian-Belarusian culture. It is worth mentioning that Zaki will be accompanied by the Ismaili Folklore Group, which will perform at the Egyptian-Belarusian celebrations.

Appointed by Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem, Zaki seeks to conclude agreements with the Belarusian side on the exchange of cultural, musical, theatrical and cinematic content to support the new academy, which is scheduled to open in October 2020. On the sidelines of the celebrations, Zaki will convene with senior officials in charge of arts and culture in Belarus to support and develop the Egyptian cultural field and benefit from the experiences of the Belarusian side.
