Manila Music Trio to perform in Cairo Opera House on Oct. 20

CAIRO - 20 October 2019: The Manila Music Trio will be hosted by the Egyptian Opera House, headed by Magdy Saber in cooperation with the Philippine Embassy in Cairo, at 8 pm on Oct. 20 on the small theater.

The program includes a collection of local and international classics as well as a number of Egyptian works. The Manila Music Trio was founded in 2017. The trio consists of Denis Santos Hwang (Violin), Anthony Joseph Anakay (Cello) and Ballardo Goku Galang (Piano). The music trio received specialized degrees from San Francisco universities, Boston conservatory, among others. The trio presented numerous successful concerts in various countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the United States. The band members also participated as soloist performers with international orchestras including Manila Symphony achieving great appraisal from fans and critics.
